Quando ricevete la conferma della disponibilità dell’abitazione, vi comunicheremo i nostri dati bancari per poter effettuare il pagamento del 10% di una annualità come caparra o prenotazione (pagamento minimo di 500€). Dopo aver ricevuto il bonifico, vi manderemo un messaggio di posta elettronica confermando la prenotazione e richiedendovi i documenti necessari per la firma del contratto.

- Documenti di tutti gli inquilini, carta di identità / Passaporto / NIE (Numero Identificazione Stranieri)
-Le ultime tre buste paga e contratto di lavoro.
Pagamenti da effettuare:
- Deposito di cauzione: due mesi di affitto.
- Onorari: 10% dell’affitto annuale. Minimo 500 euro. Spese contratto comprese.
- L’affitto del primo mese o parte proporzionale del mese.
La cauzione verrà restituita dopo aver lasciato l’appartamento e verificato lo stato di conservazione e pulizia ed effettuato il pagamento delle spese (acqua, luce e gas).
Gli appartamenti devono essere liberati entro le ore 11.
